of real estate listings several times a day from my home and office computers. The moment new listing that meets your criteria is added to the
database – I get Email notification and can start working on it. The
market moves fast, so all these technologies come really handy for
good real estate agents.
When you search for your new home online you
need to understand that the latest real estate listings is available
only to the real estate agents, so in most cases your search serves
educational purposes - you can find out the approximate price of the
property you are interested in. To find YOUR home you will be better off

I
will be driving you to the houses you like and arrange this visits
with owners and seller’s agents. My schedule is flexible and I will
accommodate your schedule and your needs.
We found
your Dream Home. Now we need to negotiate. I will prepare an
Exclusive Detailed Report on the area to ensure we are making a
competitive offer. I will personally negotiate on your behalf with
the seller and will do whatever possible to ensure we buy the house
at the best price.
There
are many contingencies (financial, inspection, house sale,
feasibility etc.) with different schedules to follow at the final
stages of buying the house. I will closely watch them all while
keeping you informed on the process. My attention to details
guarantees that everything will be perfect, on time, and according
to the plan.
The
closing is easy if everything had been done right and in time. I
will explain the whole process to you and will be at the closing
with you to make sure that all documents are prepared correctly and
you will move to your dream house with no problems.
